5/26/20 All scheduled appointments must now enter the Community Center from the main door (ramp area) on the East end of the building. Please proceed to your left until you get to me on the West end of the building. If your massage begins or ends outside of the Center's regular hours (M-F 5a-8pm and Saturday 8am-12pm), then please continue to park on the South side at Door C. I will be waiting 5 minutes prior to your appointment to let you in. Also, if medical issues prevent you from walking all the way from the main entrance, please contact me in advance so I can be prepared to let you in at Door C.
You will need to wear a mask inside the Community Center, but will not need to wear one during your massage unless you prefer.
5/11/20 Synergy Massage is now open for business. At this time, the Community Center is closed until May 26 and the doors are locked. To get in for your scheduled massage, please park near Door C (south side of building across from new library construction). I will be waiting at the door up to 5 minutes prior to your appointment to let you in. If you arrive earlier than that, you may text or call me at 574-529-4401 to let you in.
I will be wearing a mask during your session. At this time, I do not require you to wear one. I only ask that you keep conversation to a minimum on the table if you don't wear one. I do have masks available to use.
I ask that you wash or sanitize your hands before your massage, as I will also be doing.
I will continue with the sanitation practices I have always had along with sanitizing any surface that is touched during your session (including my phone, stylus and card reader).
3/23/20 Per the Governor's mandate today, I will be closing March 25 until April 7. If you would like to book a massage for after that date, please text me or book online.
Please let me take a moment to address your concerns regarding COVID-19 and getting a massage. As of right now, I’m still open and plan to stay open until I’m told to shut down by my industry or my government or if I feel that I or my environment has been compromised and is no longer safe for you. I have always practiced universal sanitation and cleansing practices, and I have added numerous other steps to take in between each client. I am making my environment as safe as I can.
To make things a little easier to monitor, I have removed commonly touched items (e.g. chocolates, cups) that I will offer to you at the end of your appointment. I am also closing off the side door. At this time you cannot enter/exit this door unless there is an emergency. Please use the main door only.
That being said, I want you to know that my first concern is for your safety. If you feel you need to cancel your massage for ANY REASON, please do so. You do not have to give me a reason. No questions asked. Please just don’t do a NO SHOW. Although I’d prefer 24-hour notice, any advance notice is better than just not showing up.
